G.O.F.A.R. vouchers are sent directly to veterinarians participating in our subsidy program.
Each voucher may be applied to only one cat or dog and is based on eligibility determined by the participating veterinarian.
Priority is given to:
- low-income households
- disabled individuals
- elderly residents
- farmers
- individuals caring for stray or feral cats
To determine if you are eligible for a G.O.F.A.R. voucher, please call your regular veterinarian to inquire. There are many animal hospitals and clinics that participate in our program.
Veterinarians in need of more vouchers are encouraged to call or email G.O.F.A.R.
